Nutri Essence by Wells: The Hair Care Line that Conquered Portugal

Wells

01. Client

Wells is the largest chain of parapharmacies in Portugal, offering a wide range of health & beauty products, optics, audiology, and wellness services.

02. Challenge

Develop an innovative approach to launch the brand’s new hair care line, Nutri Essence: a sophisticated collection with real results and affordable prices.

Create a striking impact and capture the attention of the Portuguese audience, highlighting the product line in the competitive hair care market.

03. Solutions

Key Visual (KV):
We created the KV, the centerpiece of the campaign, which inspired the promotional video, banners, and social media posts. Using the brand's color palette and natural elements, we designed a sophisticated and elegant KV that captured the essence of the Nutri Essence line.

Promotional Video:
We produced a video that conveyed the energy of Nutri Essence with delicacy and movement. The video featured natural elements such as leaves and flowers, highlighting the organic nature and practical benefits of the products, integrating them into consumers’ daily routines.

Point of Sale (POS):
We created custom leaflets showcasing each product from the Nutri Essence line, informing and educating consumers about the benefits and features of the items.

Social Media:
For social media, we produced two videos for the Wells feed. The first, with dynamic and natural imagery, introduced the new hair care line. The second, featuring pharmacist Mafalda Basto, detailed the ingredients and effects of the products.

Print Media:
The Key Visual was also featured in a full-page spread in Wells' printed publications, running for three months, ensuring consistency and broad campaign reach.

04. Results

The campaign was a remarkable success, generating a significant increase in brand awareness and sales of the Nutri Essence line. The visual impact and aligned communication strategy resulted in positive market reception and a strong presence across Portugal.
