HEAD OF CREATIVE STRATEGY

As the Head of Creative Strategy at VX, you will be the mastermind behind campaigns that not only inspire but also surprise. Your mission? To create effective communication strategies perfectly aligned with our clients' goals—while adding that creative spark that sets us apart.
You’ll dive into projects ranging from digital marketing and planning to offline campaigns. And here's the kicker: you’ll be leading campaigns for the biggest entertainment brand in Brazil, now expanding into Portugal. Big responsibility? Absolutely! But we believe you’ll exceed all expectations. Ready for the challenge?

02. What You’ll Do:
  • Participate in creative brainstorms and develop strategies that make brands move.
  • Create strategic and tactical plans for communication campaigns that hit clients’ business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the creative vision always aligns with client goals.
  • Analyze competitor communications and map out key market trends.
  • Actively contribute to discussions on digital strategies, from SEO to social media campaigns.
  • Develop detailed timelines for each project, ensuring everything goes according to plan.
  • Serve as the link between various teams, ensuring strategy is implemented effectively and creatively.
  • Create structured and engaging presentations with storytelling that makes clients say "wow!".
  • Validate projects and ensure they’re ready to make an impact before being presented to the client.
03. Ideal Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Management, Design, or related fields.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Residing in Portugal.
  • Critical thinking and a passion for creative strategies that make a difference.
  • Strong knowledge of Live Marketing, Point of Sale (POS) promotions, and internal communications.
  • Mastery of key digital marketing and social media tools.
  • Experience in digital marketing planning and influencer campaign management.
  • Creativity, proactivity, and always being up-to-date on the latest marketing trends.
  • Ability to create engaging presentations, with storytelling that captivates from the very first slide.
  • Excellent communication skills paired with impeccable copywriting.
  • Heavy social media user – you know what’s happening, when, why, and how to leverage it for brands.
  • We’re looking for a natural strategist who has a strong market “intuition” and is always one step ahead!

    • Previous experience in entertainment projects (especially in Portugal) will score you big points. Already sailed in these waters? That helps a lot!
